Q. I saw your site and I love your work but I am out of state, will you do my wedding?A. Yes, we will do out of state/country weddings, for the same price as listed, however we do require transportation costs as well, flight, hotel, transportation and food. We also are willing to drive w/ your purchase of fuel and rental car.

Q. Why are you so affordable?
 A. We love what we do. Being able to work with people and photography is such a joy, to do what you love is such a privilege, to make a living at it is an even bigger privilege.

Q. How long have you been in photography?
 A. Over 10 years. It all started with photographing friends weddings, graduations, and major events in their lives. With my friends prodding’s and backing I decided to start doing it professionally. I am so happy they did. I’ve had so many wonderful clients and events I’ve been privileged to be a part of in the last couple years.

Q. What kind of Equipment do you use?
 A. Digital. Although it took a lot of arm twisting to get me there, I loved my film cameras… I’m so happy I changed. The ability to see your photos, ensures that all of your pictures are high quality, enough lighting, proper composition, etc. The horror of finding out your film was exposed, double exposed or not good quality, is a thing of the past. Digital helps ensure your clients get their moments that are never to be relived, captured at the moment that it happens. My camera I use, is 5 frames per second, which helps me not only in weddings for the first kiss, ring exchange, but also when I shoot fast paced clients on their horses, or doing other sports.

Q. What styles are you known for in weddings?
 A. I love to capture true and pure moments of the day. To take moments, pieces , details, photos of the day and let the puzzle transform into your wedding. Along with this, I take the “normal wedding” photos as well, and make sure to get the family and bridal party formals as well. So that in the end, your albums will be a well rounded assortment of not only the small details, and journalistic capturing of the events of the day---the unplanned, the actual events, but also photos to show who is who… your family the bridal party. I also, like to give my bride and groom choices, of b&w, color, and artistically enhanced photos. Which when enhanced, I like to also include the original and b&w option.

Q. What would you say is your biggest fault in photography?
 A. Well, many people would worry about not having enough photos taken at their event. Well with me, that isn’t a problem, the problem is having too many photos to choose from. At an average wedding I will have over 2000 photos. And the problem is almost all of them will be good, so to go thru and discard some is somewhat difficult. I would rather have that problem then the opposite though.

Q. What would you say is your biggest attribute in photography?
 A. I love what I do, I’m good at what I do, but most importantly, I love working with people. Because of those three things, I believe I make people feel more comfortable which helps them relax and show their trueness in the photographs. I can’t stress enough how important it is to feel comfortable with your photographer especially on your wedding day, you need to be able to trust them, and want them around, as they will be with you the whole day.

Q. What can I expect for the wedding consultation?
 A. Meeting in person, to first see if you feel comfortable with me. I will show you examples of my work, answer any questions for you and discuss your wedding.

If you and your fiancée would like discuss engagement pictures, personalized photo invitations and other options. And at the end I will give you a packet of information to discuss, that includes a contract of the package that fits best into your desires, and a stamped envelope. If after your discussing you think we are a right fit, you will send that to me with half down deposit, and your wedding date is reserved with us.
